To get the lines, i had my christmas tree's lights on and simply moved my iPhone down a but. the lines follow my movement.
after i took it i put it into Photogene and popped the saturation to get more green out of it. then since it wasn't green enough for my liking i added a bit more green in the sliders. then added a little brightness and contrast, and voila! :)
