To start it off...

I am starting off this blog by posting pictures that I've taken on my iPhone and only on my iPhone. I occasionally edit them on my iPhone too. The photo you see can solely be achieved on your iPhone.

So, the only 2 iPhone apps i use are CameraBag and Photogene. CameraBag gives effects such as:
  • Helga- which is the same thing as Holga but they legally cant use the name holga because its the brand of camera
  • Lolo- once again its the same thing as lomo or Lomography but the cant use the brand name.
  • Magazine- Which gives it lost of brown tones and contrast
  • Instant- Which is a Polaroid style effect
  • Mono- is a simple black and white effect
  • 1962- This is another black and white effect with a much more severe amount of contrast.
  • 1974- This has a similar effect to a polaroid. it gives it a more faded effect but with more sepia tones within it.
  • Cinema- it crops the photo and adds a matte box.
  • Infared- look it up yourself :)
  • Last but not least, Fisheye- It's a style of lens that ads a rounded effect to the whole picture.
Now on with the Photogene. it gives you the basic tools such as crop, sharpen, brighten etc. this is a good place to start before you move into CameraBag.

So thats the basic overlook of the tools ill be using. hope its not too confusing and i hope you will join me and try this out with me. :)
